Tom
has been an independent insurance
agent since 1979 when he joined his
fathers company L&F Insurance
Agency in Granada Hills. Early in
his career Tom attended Aetna
Casualtys home office sales course
in Hartford and was on their
Pro-Power program for new
producers. Toms father retired in
1988 just before Tom merged the
agency into Northridge Insurance
Agency where he had become a
commercial producer. Tom took over
the sales manager position at NIA in
2000 during which time there was
preparations being made to
perpetuate the agency with other key
personnel. The perpetuation plan
was triggered in May of 2006 and he
continues as sales manager and part
time producer.
Tom has been on the
IBA SFV board of directors since
2001 and was President in 2006. Tom
enjoys reading, golfing, surfing and
Christian studies. He has been
married to his lovely wife Stacy for
23 years. They live in Northridge
and are active members at Grace
Community Church where Tom serves as
a Deacon. Tom enjoys small group
leadership opportunities and has a
passion for communicating the good
news of the gospel with people.

SFV is that we are always looking

value to the members and to always
encourage integrity in our
